BLIND FOLD MOTOR BIKE RIDE BY MAGICIAN AKASH
I am following the tour of Magician Anand and his son Akash in Thiruvananthpuram from last few days.
On 21 Sept I watched his Fire Escape show. Now suddenly yesterday 24 Sept I on the way to my
college I saw him doing his blindfolded bike ride. I was told by a onlooker who was watching him
from start of the ride that first he was blindfolded with a piece or cardboard, cotton and plaster
of paris cut in the shape of an eye glass – held together with a band of black cloth wrapped
over.Before starting, a hood was placed over Akash's face. Volunteers were riding along with
blindfolded Akash. I was amazed how Akash was taking correct turns and curves. He even adjusted
speed and applied brakes to avoid potholes and collision with other vehicles. Akash's basic purpose
of these blindfolded rides it give message to drive safely. If a blindfolded man can ride safely
ride a vehicle than why can't people with vision can do the same?
